Affiliate privacy policy
Last updated 6 August 2026. This covers the affiliate programme specifically; the LouderLink privacy policy covers the platform as a whole.
What we collect about you
- What you put on your application: your name or brand, email, where your audience is and how you described it.
- Your payout email, so we can pay you.
- Sign-in history for your account (when, roughly where from, and what browser), kept for security and dispute handling.
- Daily click counts on your link. These are stored as counts per day, not as profiles of the people clicking.
What you see about the people you refer
Deliberately little. Your dashboard shows referred customers as anonymous labels with amounts and dates. We never show you their names, emails or projects, and we do not sell or share your data or theirs.
The tracking cookie
When someone clicks your link, we set a cookie in their browser on louderlink.com holding your affiliate code for 60 days. It is used for one thing: crediting you if that person signs up. It does not follow them around the web.
How long we keep things
- Your application and profile: while your account exists.
- The commission and payout ledger: kept as financial records even after an account closes, as the law expects.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account, the same as any LouderLink account. Deleting an account does not erase the financial ledger, and any unpaid balance above the minimum is paid out first. Write to affiliates@louderlink.com.
