Affiliate programme terms

1. The programme

The LouderLink affiliate programme pays you commission for sending paying customers to LouderLink, the music smart-link service run at louderlink.com. We may change or close the programme; if we do, we will say so on this page and by email, and commission you have already earned under these terms is unaffected.

2. Joining

• You apply with honest information about who you are and the audience you reach. We review every application by hand and approve on fit, not size.
• You must be at least 18 and able to receive PayPal payments.
• One affiliate account per person or company. Your account is for you; you cannot sell or transfer it.

3. The deal

• A pool of 50% of the payments made by each customer you refer is set aside for their first 12 months as a paying customer.
• You choose, from your dashboard, how much of that pool becomes a discount for the customers you send. The rest is your commission. Each customer keeps the split that applied when they subscribed.
• A referral counts when someone clicks your link and signs up within 60 days, tracked by a cookie in their browser. If a click cannot be tracked (blocked cookies, cleared browsers, different devices), it cannot be credited.
• Where more than one referral scheme could apply to the same signup, affiliate attribution applies and only one reward is paid.
• Commission accrues only on payments actually made and kept: refunded or charged-back payments do not count. Our records are the record.

4. Payouts

• Commission clears 30 days after the customer's payment, our refund window.
• We pay monthly by PayPal, in USD, whenever your cleared balance is at least $25. Smaller balances roll over.
• Every payout comes with a self-billed invoice you can download from your dashboard.
• Keeping your payout email correct is your responsibility. If a payment to the address you gave is returned or unclaimed, we will hold the amount and retry once you correct it.

5. What you may not do

• No spam. Share your link where people have chosen to hear from you.
• No misleading claims about LouderLink, its prices or features, and no presenting yourself as LouderLink itself.
• No bidding on our brand name or close misspellings in search ads.
• No self-referrals: accounts you own or control earn nothing.
• No artificial signups, incentivised or automated traffic, or anything else designed to game attribution.

6. Ending it

• You can stop at any time; just tell us. We can end your participation at any time too.
• If we end it for a breach of section 5, unpaid commission connected to the breach is forfeited. Otherwise, legitimately earned commission is paid out on the normal schedule.
• We may suspend an account while we look into suspected abuse.

7. Money and tax

• You take part as an independent business. These terms do not create employment, agency or a partnership, and you cannot make commitments on our behalf.
• Commission is your income. Any tax on it is yours to declare and pay.

8. The small print

• The programme and dashboard are provided as they are; we do not promise any particular level of earnings, uptime or tracking.
• We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed; material changes will also be emailed. Staying in the programme after a change means you accept it.
